Field note not displayed with HTML tags when using @FIELD-NOTES-DISPLAY action tag

Hi, I have a question about HTML tags. When using @FIELD-NOTES-DISPLAY action tag a text is displayed only in the text together with html tags (for example as "< br ></ br >" not as new line).
