Allows to import analyze_muon_event from lstchain. Also updated muon analysis script for magic data to work with ctapipe_io_magic v0.4.3

Note :
lstchain has python 3.8 as dependency, but this is incompatible with bokeh 1.0
The MAGICEventSource stores the subrun id in an array in v0.4.3 while it was a single value in v0.4.1 so a script using it needed to be modified.
