Create the bot list screen

The content of the page must represent the following fields:

• Bot name.
• Bot username.
• Bot operation status - Allow send notification (Custom checkbox toggled)
• Bot message control status - Allow send notify for all events (There is a custom checkbox to toggle)
• Go to edit for each bot.

Some schools need further consideration:

• Delete each bot.
