Remove key auto-repeat

Currently pressing e.g. prev/next buttons for too long results in a double action. This needs to be disabled and ideally configurable.

Unfortunately this isn't sufficient. Need to work out a new debounce scheme. The problem is mainly that a long press results in a RISING signal then bounce BACK - which needs to be detected and filtered.
