chore: Update React/React DOM dependency ranges

This PR just updates the peer dependency range for React and React DOM to include v19. I realized that the latest version of Chakra v2 actually also supports v19, so this package definitely should too!

I also updated the docs for how to install v5 of this package, as it now requires appending @chakra2 or @5 to the package name.

This PR actually closes #356 this time.
