1. Few meetings outside of class time.
2. Went a little too deep into design bleed into implementation

Improvement Plan

Based on your responses to the first two prompts, how do you (as a team) plan on improving yourselves during the next Sprint? Try not to put something generic such as "we will communicate better". Instead, provide the specific actions required by the team to improve. Some examples are listed below.

1. Daily Meetings some for an hour some for a couple of hours, attendance lenient.
2. After basics start splitting things up into tasks and assigning them to people.
3. Be transparent about if you're going to fail a deadline, be understanding.
