New command: search

[ysbaddaden]

The search command searches the registry for shards matching a pattern:

$ shards search s
Search results:
  shards https://github.com/ysbaddaden/shards.git
  selenium-webdriver https://github.com/ysbaddaden/selenium-webdriver-crystal.git
