Reverts part of #6324. If you can do
1.<=(2) { 3 }, you can do1.[]=(2) { 3 }.Does not affect the operator syntax.
Actually defining
#[]=with a block parameter requires #14159, ignoring the case where the body yields without an explicit block parameter.
