- more generic RootViewController and FileProviderCoordinator, i.e. NavigationController does not always have to be displayed - removed default custom action

This introduces the feature to manually lock a vault in the main app (in the vault list).
This is done analogously to the unlocking in the
FileProviderExtensionUI(see #59), via an XPC connection with theFileProviderExtension.
