Problem: memiavl rootmulti integration is not thread-safe to use #977
Description
The first step of integration (#950) don't consider too much about thread-safty, because there's no concurrency in state-machine in sdk and cronos right now. But we'll add the mutex to make it thread-safe later.
The internal concurrency (background snapshot rewrite) is handled correctly though.
