https://github.com/cryostatio/cryostat-agent is one example of such a discovery plugin. Do we need to create/publish others?

https://github.com/andrewazores/quarkus-test and https://github.com/cryostatio/cryostat-agent are both examples of self-publishing plugins. cryostat-agent in particular should be the canonical example or template to follow.
