Upgrade to crossplane-runtime v2

In order to develop functions compatible with v2, it would be great if the SDK can be upgraded to the v2 runtime. 
One example is adding support for namespace-scoped extra resources.

I'm not aware what needs to be done besides bumping the runtime-version, is there anything to pay attention?
