wamp commandline utility should have a asyncio backend

Currently one needs to have autobahn[twisted] installed for the `wamp` commandline tool to work. Just like the rest of the project I believe it would make sense to add an asyncio backend as well so that the commandline tool could be used with much less dependencies.
