Add support for 64bit devices

  • x86_64 is supported by x86
  • arm64-v8a is supported by armeabi-v7a

You can test it on devices such as LG G4, Galaxy S6 etc.

* x86_64 is supported by x86
* arm64-v8a is supported by armeabi-v7a

You didn't provide x86_64 ffmpeg executable file yet
