Implementation

• Connect generated declarations to Plug, ContentFetcher, discovery and artifact-provider APIs so consumers infer content unions for literal and runtime references.
• Extend tests/ type fixtures and existing PHPStan configuration; add/reuse Psalm tooling from L4e with repeatable P2b commands.

Acceptance

• Both analyzers run against real declarations/client APIs, accepting valid consumers and rejecting invalid contracts.
• Literal IDs/paths/aliases, string runtime references and versioned providers infer expected unions instead of generic mixed arrays.
