Implementation

• Update JavaScriptSdk in src/application/project/sdk/javasScriptSdk.ts and PhpSdk installation/update paths to activate I1a's validated generation.
• Use existing FileSystem/package registration paths to replace declarations/indexes/fallbacks coherently and remove obsolete aliases/files on reinstall.

Acceptance

• Interruptions/mismatches preserve the previous usable installation; exercise actual TS/PHP imports and consumers.
• Reinstallation retains selected old majors/locales and never mixes generations.
