First release version

Cevast is in a stable state.

In this version, Cevast provides a possibility to download SSL certificate datasets from Projekt Sonar, manage them locally and make full path validation with the use of 3 SSL/TLS libraries (OpenSSL, pyOpenSSL and Botan).
