This PR also updates the documentation regarding the options changed on
cmf initandcmf newWas also added a new env var
ENABLE_PDF_EXPORT(https://github.com/zhaoterryy/mkdocs-pdf-export-plugin) to mkdocs.yml, to have the possibility to disable or enable PDF export when running on local development.
