• BREAKING Revert v0.1.2 heuristics and add --read flag. This restores the original heuristic for detecting piped input but anyone relying on the new v0.1.2 behavior of reading by default if stdin is not a file will need to use the --read flag in their scripts to force gsheet csv to read from a range.
