What does the "Assignee" field actually mean in this context?

Looking at this form, it is unclear what is a "condition" and what is a "result", particularly regarding the "Assignee" field: does it mean "the task must have this assignee to be considered" or does it mean "Set this assignee to all the newly created subtasks as part of this automated action"? It would be better to be explicit in the label there (ex: "Set this assignee for all newly created subtasks:" or "Matching this assignee:" or "Set the assignee of the main task to:").

It could be more clear, I actually don't like the fact that you can't create 4 subtasks with 4 different assignees. The plugin itself is fairly old and I seldom touch it, maybe it's time for a revamp.
