[doc] add examples of using `podman` with OpenShift registry

In crc-org/crc#3225 we removed the previously contained podman based commands for pushing images to the OpenShift internal registry, it could be useful to add this back in some other section of the doc to showcase the interoperability of podman/docker with the OpenShift registry.
