disk-size should also be preset aware

After #3636 cpus and memory config options will be preset aware, currently disk-size was excluded from the PR since we have same disk size (31G) for the all the presets/bundles it won't be effective

going forward we should re-evaluate the minimum disk size to enforce for the different bundles and after that make it preset aware.
