What does this PR do?

• Remove unused workflow
• Fix macOS 环境下 静态编译 libldap imap 库 存在 编译bug  #280
• Fix imagick 和 swoole 同时编译报错，去掉 lib.json 中 brotli 的 -static 后缀就可以正常编译了 #311
