Where can I configure the version appcompat-v7:26.1.0 to my current version 23.0.1?

i solve this by downgrade version on /node_modules/react-native-splash-screen/android/build.gradle

from compile com.android.support:appcompat-v7:26.1.0
to compile "com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.0.1"
