Full rebuilds take 20-30s, which is annoying when authoring

Problem

Particularly on cratedb-guide, we are observing a bad dev experience in authoring mode. When editing, it is easy to introduce minor errors like:

Non-consecutive header level increase; H2 to H4

In this case, sphinx-autobuild seems to invalidate its cache, and rebuilds the whole tree each time, which takes a whopping 20-30s. This prevents instant feedback, and destroys an efficient development cycle.

Thank you for reporting and flagging this, @surister. We should probably remove the -W option in authoring mode, and only use it in CI workflows. In this spirit, it's a candidate for crate-docs.
