As I recall, a couple of tests are still not passing but otherwise the driver has been updated to a recent (at the time of creating the PR) version of PG JDBC.

The devil is in the details, and the real work has been done in https://github.com/kneth/pgjdbc/tree/kneth/REL42.7.4:

I suggest that we close this and rethink how we provide a custom JDBC driver at low maintenance.
