[5.x]: User subscriptions view doesn't show suspended subscriptions

What happened?

Description

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request. I would like to see suspended subscriptions in the user view. Currently, these are not displayed (see screenshot), and this would be helpful for one of our customers. Or is there a specific reason why suspended subscriptions are not displayed here? Thanks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Find a suspended subscription under /admin/commerce/subscriptions?source=carts%3Apayment-issue
2. Switch to user view and look for the user subscriptions
3. Suspended subscription is missing

@lukeholder Thanks for the update. I have installed both updates, but the suspended subscriptions are still not displayed inside the user cp view :-/ Also cleared all caches.
