vtfppto Pythonnanobindinstead ofpybind11sourcepppackage to PyPIAlso adds ZStandard compression to VTF 7.6, which does not yet exist in any engine branch but hopefully will at some point. Deflate-compressed VTFs will continue to work in older tooling.
