The blank rows added to fix github formatting errors break doxygen generation of the table. a separate file was added as a duplicate of README.md with fixes.
Additionally
/htmlonlyand/endhtmlonlywere added to prevent strange generation errors originating from improper handling of table contents. Class specification was added as it is required to keep table styling which is not applied when using htmlonly mode.
