Progress indicator in drop down.

This new beta has new added feature: the drop down bar now indicates the progress of each file.

Gray: no picking has been done
Yellow: at least one line has a saved pick-file
Green: all lines are picked, rated, and ice thickness has been calculated

First beta release!

This is only a beta. Bugs are to be expected. Please create an issue if bugs are found.

Known issues:

• Script output is not passed to Firlib.
• URL opens in Safari – not macOS system default.
