Can I transfer ownership of two repos to cpp-pm please?

I ported these to cpp-pm yonks ago, they should really join cpp-pm so we can include them proper in cpp-pm's main repo:

You can either give me the privs to create new repos in the cpp-pm org, or you can clone them, or whatever.
