export to video

for integration with messages/social media, it would be good to have a way to export to video - not sure where to start with this. Would at least require a few classes to handle gathering together the performances in a string of replies, rendering frames and adding in audio.

Being able to share performances on Facebook etc. is a good feature to have. Exporting performances to videos would be a good idea!

Could split this into two ideas:

1: video part - just 150 frames at 30fps!
2: audio part - look at this later.
