Explicit informed consent from users for data storage

need to have explicit informed consent about data. If iCloud does this, then that is probably enough, but could also use a switch on one of the intro panes or first time a performance is saved.

Maybe tie this to the "save" button - on first use it could ask for consent which is then stored.
