Added an additional jupyter notebook. It has the same basic functionality, but allows for the adjustments of images so that they do not (or only slighly) overlap afterwards.

I added an additional jupyter notebook. It has the same basic functionality as the original one (with added apple silicon support) but it also allows for the adjustments of images so that they do not overlap in the final layout, using pylabeladjust.
