Access to "Hide all videos of this creator" for Nebula Original shows

Thanks a lot for your work on this extension!

I notice that there's no gear button accessible on https://nebula.tv/downieexpress (and other originals) to allow filtering out this show. For other shows, I worked around the issue by exporting, editing and re-importing my settings.

Since these pages might move fast, we could explore other ways to achieve the desired effect:

• be able to open the "Creator settings" modal on the three-dots menu of any video
• in the extension settings, change the "Manage hidden creators" modal to allow adding channels there by url / code

I don't use the feature much, so I hadn't noticed that originals pages are different from creator pages (I could swear they were the same at some point). Currently no actions are supported at all on the originals pages, including enqueuing videos. It should be fairly simple to establish support for originals pages as well.

I don't want to add creator settings to every video, partially because the menu is dynamically created (and thus difficult to edit) and partially because that's yet another way to do the same thing. I'll think about manually adding creators in the "Manage" dialog.
