Autoplay and custom speed controls broken

Tested in both Firefox and Chromium (Edge).

For the last few days, it has been possible to add videos to the queue as normal, but it will never automatically continue to the next video when a previous one completes. Instead, you must click the ">" in the queue window to play the next video.

The custom player elements are also broken. The custom speed controller does not appear, and neither do the "<" and ">" icons next to the play/pause button.

Nebula changed the player layout again... The extension outputs an error indicating this: Error: No Chromecast detected, expected 4 or 5 buttons on right. Just need to update where it searches for the player buttons.
