Feature request: shift insensetive hotkeys

hotkeys shuld work when caplock is on.
today none of the hotkeys worked, it tock a long time untill i notised i had accidentaly activated CAPSLOCK

I'll implement this, but keep in mind that Nebula-native keybinds won't work, and I can't influence those. Having caps-lock enabled is the same as pressing Shift+Key in terms of the event we receive (i.e. capital letter instead of lowercase), which is why it didn't work

Most binds that are influenced by caps-lock are set by Nebula itself, so it's not easy to influence those. I have updated my bindings to consider it. I've also introduced a warning message to remind you visually.
