More extensive example w/out dependency on yt

The current demo (in example/demo.ipyg) is nice but relies on installing yt, which is a huge dependency that is not really required for the sake of a simple demo.

The example ipyg file should have less dependencies (e.g. doing a simple plot with matplotlib).
