DataDealer Alpha version

This release "should" be a functioning release of the data dealer. However it should be considered as in alpha still as more testing needs to be done. The install script works and is located within DataDealer/

However the program is not ran as a daemon yet but have to be started as a regular python script dataDealer.py located in the install folder created inside IntelROCCS (IntelROCCS/Install/DataDealer/dataDealer.py)

WARNING
Notice that each time the script is initiated subscriptions will be made and an email is sent with a daily report to Bjorn, Brian, Max, and Christoph. Therefore, be very cautious as a regular standard script is already running daily and running the script twice in one day is NOT recommended.

Documentation is still limited. This is purely a barely functioning release for Tony.
