Getting weird errors when building this on Windows…
So that we can catch Windows issues there

Not sure the 'eval "$(cs java --env)"' works as expected. And getting weird errors on Windows when running mimaReportBinaryIssues: ``` [error] D:\a\interface\interface\interface\src\main\java\coursierapi\error\CoursierError.java:3:1: error while writing coursierapi.error.CoursierError: could not create parent directories ```
