Functional test for Sync Gateway closing half-closed connections #1483
Description
Related to couchbase/sync_gateway#3248
Need a functional test that starts continuous changes requests, has them block waiting for changes, and then terminates the request from the client side.
Test should check the changesFeeds_active expvar on Sync Gateway to ensure that SG is cleaning up the half-closed connections.
