What version of the docs is this for? If it's 5.0 or greater we can probably remove this file as this stat no longer exists.

Decided to leave the cbstats-tap* documentation in the help for now, as cbstats -h still lists these subcommands as available.
Removed information on vbucket-details and vbucket-seqno from cbstats-vbucket. These commands have their own pages now.
