Comment out "Run it now!" button on README.md file. Reverted .gitpod.Dockerfile to what it was originally.

The run it now on gitpod option has been removed for now due to Linux Kernel upgrade on gitpod's K8S infrastructure. Once the ticket below has ben resolved, then hopefully we should be able to restore back the try running the aspnet-quickstart project on gitpod option.
