Extra empty space between post license text and Further reading section when the post is small #674

Describe the bug

When a post is small, there's empty space between the license text and the further reading section.

To Reproduce

  1. Clone the chirpy starter repo
  2. Run bundle etc
  3. Use jekyll serve to serve locally

Expected behavior

Empty space should be minimum same as with long article posts.
