ibc-go v4 introduces relayer incentives through the fee middleware. You can register an account on the counterparty chain that ensures you are compensated for relaying MsgRecvPacket via a command chaind ibc-fee register-counterparty.

I think it would be useful to be able to register these addresses on the counterparty directly from the relayer instead of having to use a chains binary.
