[EPIC] Support denoms with / in IBC v2

To support the full migration from IBC classic to IBC v2, it is required that denoms with /'s are supported as many token standards use this e.g. all token factory tokens. Requested from B-Harvest, Thorchain, Osmosis, Provenance.
