simd version uses a wrong tag

Summary of Bug

Running ./build/simd version in latest master (ref 49aec537a) prints:

cosmovisor/v0.1.0-32-g49aec537a

So, the simapp builder takes the latest tag. We should use the latest SDK release tag.
