Hubl enhancements

Some enhancements should happen in Hubl before the official release.

• First, the keyring story works but could be more intuitive. This issue should be fixed first on AutoCLI as well: [Bug]: code using main branch cannot send transactions using cli command #18122
• Automatically detect if connection is insecure and ask confirmation of the user to proceed (instead of passing a flag)
• Improve the bech32 codec assumptions on v0.50 chains (query auth and staking endpoints)
• Add disclaimer that hubl works best on v0.50+ chains when adding a < v0.50 chain
