Lage file upload doesn't work

Hello,

Thank you for this plugin which is very helpfull.

Unfortunately I can not upload large files. I see the grey upload bar uploading but at the end, the bar remains in grey and does not turn to green. I do not have any error messages.
The file is not uploaded to the server and the link is not created into the text edit area.

I tried the same file with Dokuwiki upload file system and it works normaly.

I have the same issue with Firefox and Chrome.

I tried alexriss's insertSyntax function but i des not work neither.
