Instructions: Windows instructions assume reload of PATH and admin rights #136

Description

@TreedsSlop

Two gaps in the readme:
The windows instructions add ck to path, but don't do anything to reload it, so ck setup will fail without some sort of restart/reload.
Adding the task requires the setup shell to have admin rights.

    Thanks for the report. Both gaps were real.

    • PATH: the installer saved ck's folder to your user PATH but didn't add it to the PowerShell session that ran it, so ck setup in that same window couldn't find ck. It now updates the running session too, and tells other open windows about the change. This is live now in the script at https://cortexkit.io/install/win.
    • Admin rights: ck setup registered the daemon's logon task without naming a user, which Windows treats as "any user logs on" and lets only an administrator create. It now registers the task for your own account, which doesn't need elevation. This ships in the next ck release.

    Both are in cc4f8b3. I'll leave this open and post here when the release is out.
